TALK IT OUT is a Social Support self-funded group founded 15+ years ago for adults 18+ with Moderate Mental Health problems and their carers.  We also offer online support with our confidential Facebook support page. There are counsellors available at request. On some Mondays we have a quiz, and on Tuesdays we try and get people involved in art groups run by our volunteers, but all the weekday groups are ideal for having a chat, or just sitting quiet with a hot drink & some cake!  As always, please contact Tracy or Marie to find out more information.
