Dipping For Talk It Out!

As always on Boxing Day there was the fantastic Big Dip.. Raising money for local charities. Last time raising money for Talk It Out, with some brave souls getting wet for a good cause!

This year there will be a new good cause to support, as well as TALK IT OUT-

Just recently Talk It Out along with J C 'Inspiring People Through Horses' have helped 6 members of Talk It Out find their inner peace whilst working with the horses at Owl House Stables locally. BBC radio Kent even visited on week 2! It has been a very positive experience for the group. More updates as the course continues.
