WE ARE MOVING!!
FROM 2nd JANUARY 2024, WE WILL BE AT A NEW MORE ACCESSABLE VENUE..
THE DEAL ANGLING CLUB, ALONG THE MARINA CLOSE TO DIBDIN ROAD WILL BE OUR NEW BASE, WHICH IS ALL ON ONE LEVEL SO NO MORE CLIMBING STAIRS ON A FRIDAY! (The Thursday Group will still be suspended until further notice.)
THERE WON'T BE ANY ONSITE PARKING, BUT THERE IS PLENTY OF FREE PARKING SPACES NEAR BY.
THE TIMES WILL REMAIN THE SAME AS BEFORE, 11:00 am ~ 1:00 pm.
there will be no group from the 20th Dec so when you next visit, be aware of our new location!

ABOUT US...
TALK IT OUT is a Social Support self-funded group founded 13+ years ago for adults 18+ with Moderate Mental Health problems and their carers. We also offer online support with our confidential Facebook support page. There are counsellors available at request. On some Mondays we have a quiz, and other days we try and get people involved in art groups run by our volunteers, but all the weekday groups are ideal for having a chat, or just sitting quiet with a hot drink & some cake!
Just recently we have been awarded a grant to provide Youth Counselling for local teenagers, by appointment. As always, please contact Tracy or Marie to find out more information. (numbers below)
WE ARE OPEN WEEKDAYS BETWEEN 11am-1pm. (Thursdays are closed for the foreseeable future.) WE ARE DUE TO SET UP A NEW VENUE IN JANUARY 2024, IT WILL BE AT THE DEAL ANGLING CLUB TOWARDS SANDOWN..

FROM SARURDAY 9th DECEMBER 2023, (AND EVERY OTHER SATURDAY AFTER THAT} THERE WILL BE A NEW SOCIAL GROUP FOR THOSE WHO ARE IN NEED OF SOME COMPANY AND MAYBE FEELING THE CHILL,
IT WILL BE FROM 12;00 NOON UNTIL 2;00pm AND IS IN THE NEW VENUE.. DEAL ANGLING CLUB (SEE UP DATED INFO)
THERE WILL BE TEA/COFFEE CAKE AND SNACKS! PLUS SOME WARMTH WHEN THE COLDER WEATHER SETS IN.. PLEASE KEEP AN EYE OUT FOR FURTHER UPDATES...
